We always try our best to keep our customers happy. To cater this, we have a built-in ticketing system so that all support requests are easily raised and attended to by our staff. 

How to request?

If you need help with an order, refund request, or a delivery, you can always choose to open a support ticket in 'My Panel' after login.

Response time

For support tickets we usually respond the same day, However, in some cases, there maybe a delay. We will try to not to delay our first response time over 24 hours from the time the ticket is raised. 

For emails, we will respond within 24 to 48 hours.
